Berrymisu XD

Berrymisu! Okay, to be honest, I didn't really made I before... But I got the recipe though. By the chef again...

Let's get started  then!

Ingredients
100g Mascorpne Cheese
1.5 tablespoon of Icing Sugar
1 teaspoon of PURE vanilla extract
100g of whipping cream (liquid form)
20pcs of Finger Sponges/ Lady Finger (biscuit)
1 cup of mixed berries
A quarter cup of brown sugar
1 whole lemon juice

Method
1. Boil thee 1) mixed berries
                     2) brown sugar
                     3) lemon juice
under small fire.

2.Separate the berries and the juice after boiled.

3. Let them cool.

4. Meanwhile, whisk the whipping cream.

5.Mix the cheese and cream together till just combined.

5. Cut the finger sponges till it fits the container or cup for the berrymisu.

6. Soak 1 finger sponge into the lemon juice (don't leave it in the juice  for too long) Tip: Pour the juice on a plate so not so much juice would be 'absorbed' by the finger sponge.

7. Place the piece of finger sponge (soaked) at the bottom of the container.

8. Spread the mixture evenly (and, be generous,  don't put too little of the mixture).

9. Put some of the berries on the cream. Tip: Don't put too much on this layer, as it would be a little too sweet, you would not like that to happen, right?

10.Repeat steps 4-9 to get one Berrymisu. Tip: Put more berries at the top.

11. You're done (with one Berrymisu)!
